- It's not missing, it's just not standard. There's APP of course (for several
- compilers), and I hear Maxon C++ comes with an excellent class library for
- interfacing with the OS. I wouldn't be surprised if there were others as well
- (Comeau, DICE, StormC?) apart from the load of GUI libraries and generators on
- Aminet.
