  22. It's not missing, it's just not standard.  There's APP of course (for several
  23. compilers), and I hear Maxon C++ comes with an excellent class library for
  24. interfacing with the OS.  I wouldn't be surprised if there were others as well
  25. (Comeau, DICE, StormC?) apart from the load of GUI libraries and generators on
  26. Aminet.
